Deutsch Lernen does not provide refunds, credits, partial refunds, cash returns, or account balance returns for used, unused, partially used, cancelled, expired, or inactive paid access, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
This policy applies to paid learning plans, subscription periods where offered, plan upgrades, renewals, extensions, reactivations, premium quizzes, lessons, writing tools, reading materials, listening exercises, and other paid features.
No refund is provided because you changed your mind, did not use the app, used only part of the paid period, purchased the wrong plan, selected the wrong account, no longer need the service, stopped learning German, completed your goal earlier than expected, cancelled access, deleted your account, or stopped using your account before the paid period ended.
If subscriptions or recurring plans are offered, cancellation stops future renewal only according to the checkout or provider rules. Cancellation does not refund amounts already charged and does not create a right to a partial refund for the unused part of the current paid period.
Payments may be processed through a bank, payment institution, licensed card acquirer, hosted checkout page, app marketplace, or similar provider. Those providers may apply their own refund, reversal, review, identity verification, processing-time, and dispute rules. If the provider controls the refund process, you may need to submit a request directly through that provider.
Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. If the law in your country requires a refund, cancellation right, cooling-off period, correction, or other remedy, we will follow that law.
If you believe a refund is required by law or that a payment was charged in error, contact us through the app Support feature or the publisher contact shown in About. Include the account email, payment reference, payment date, amount, currency, plan purchased, and a clear explanation.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may ask for additional information, verify the transaction with the provider, or direct you to the provider if the provider controls the process. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination under the Terms and Conditions.
If a confirmed technical error caused duplicate charging, incorrect charging, or failure to activate paid access after a successful payment, we will review the issue and provide the remedy required by law, the payment provider, or our checkout obligations.
